Please note that  refund details stated in the items product page take precedence over the refund details on any other page of this site.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be shipped for return within 14 calendar days of your purchase and the reasons for returns and refunds must be one of the following 3 reasons listed below.

1. Lost in transit

2. Items that arrived damaged or broken

3. Wrong Item shipped

Any reasons beyond the 3 listed above will not honor returns or refunds.

To receive refunds on items that are claimed damaged or broken will require 3 or more pictures of the damaged area of the  item and a picture of  its packaging.

Buyer pays 25% of return shipping cost. A return label will be provided to the buyer.  The 25% return shipping will be deducted from the purchase return value.

After we receive your item, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
